Hi Amanda -- I am happy to answer your questions.

This looks like a great home, however is it off the market. Fortunately for you, this is a perfect time to buy a home. There are incentives and plenty of inventory. What I would recommend is to find a buyer agent to represent you.

I am a local agent who grew up in the area you are looking and there are plenty of homes and townhomes in your price range. I am currently becoming an Accredited Buyer Representative and adore working with buyers. Navigating the home buying process is my specialty!

Call me at 484-524-3262, we can go over your needs and get to know how to best reach your goals.

Once you are working with a buyers agent, you can begin to receive fresh information of properties that are still on the market, not to mention all the consultation and professional advice that will help you accomplish your goals.

Feel free to search for ALL the active properties that are on the market now here:

Amanda....quite possibly you may not understand what a Realtor acting as YOUR buyers agent means for you. First and usually, a most often understood fact: Having a buyers agent costs you nothing. The buyers agents commission is paid by the seller when you finally do purchase your home. Your agent is responsible to your well being and working directly for your best interests in any and all transactions. This would include finding out what you are looking for and keeping you posted on any and all new properties that fit your needs as they come on the market. Many new buyers simply call the agent on the sign in the yard of the home they are interested. It is very important for you to understand the consumer notice; which presents all of the options available to you as a buyer/seller in the real estate market--for instance; when a buyer contracts with the listing agent of the home they are interested--that agent is ALSO equally responsible for the best interest of their sellers. Having your own buyers agent will put YOU and YOUR interests first and foremost. Secondly, you should meet with any perspective buyers agent and be sure that they are a "good fit" for you...someone that doesn't make you feel intimidated for asking questions...someone that you are comfortable with. These are the basis, in my opinion, of a successful real estate experience for you as the buyer!

Best wishes....

Hello, Amanda, The benefit of working with a buyer agent is finding out when homes come ON the market, not when they are gone.
