Traciotake, Home Buyer in San Marino, CA

I a trying to locate the new owners of 1935 Windsor Road , San Marino, CA 91108

Asked by Traciotake, San Marino, CA Wed Jul 3, 2013

My company worked on the hardwood floors and the stairs on this home before it was sold to them. We would like to follow up with a courtesy call to find out if the floors need touching up after their move.

Knock on the door! Write them a letter!
Or go ask a title company see if they will give you the name of the new owner.
Or go to the County Assessors Office and ask them to tell you the name of the new owner. (It usually takes 4 to 6 months from the date of sale for them to get the information)

The best way to reach them is by mailing them a letter. Walking up to solicit business is illegal in San Marino.
