Hi, This is Sandy Wallace here with Keller Williams Realty Santa Cruz. That is one of the Grandview condos they are very nice over on the west side by highway one. They are just about to finish settling a law suit about the construction. This $31,000 is the loan about this may have more than one loan on it. They are selling for $220,000-$280,00 so that is likely where the price will end up.
Good luck and let me know if you would like to look up foreclosures with me?

Hi,

The property is a pre-foreclosure. There was a loan for $187,206 when the current owner bought it and there is a loan for the $31,400. It's hard to say if the first loan has been paid off without looking at a title report but from what I can see, the only loan on this property is the $31,400. You could get a great deal on this property. If you would like more info on how to purchase this property, please contact me by my personal email or you may also call me.

$31k would be the loan amount. The opening bid by the foreclosing entity would likely be far higher than that.
