You've already received a couple good answers so I have nothing to add. But I'm curious. You've asked several questions on Trulia. Are you working with a Realtor? If not, there's a couple good local Realtors right below my answer that are knowledgeable about the area and would be glad to assist you!

Your BEST option, if you're serious about purchasing a home is to get with a Realtor who knows the area and can help you through the process. That's the FIRST and foremost step in purchasing a home. Check with friends and family to see if they can refer someone to you or research sites, such as this one to find a good professional Realtor. Your SECOND step is to get pre-qualified for a loan. AFTER you find a Realtor, he or she will have you meet with the lender that he or she uses regularly. This is important. Good Luck!

The monthly HOAs are reported at $280. for this gated community and the property is reported to be vacant since it was built in 2006.

Looking at the Realist report showing the history on this property, I see that a couple from Newport Beach had bought it, however, it is possible that they never lived in it. It was originally sold for $865,000 in 2006, so as you can see, if you can get this property for the current list price of $339,000, it is a steal of a deal! As an agent with experience with helping my clients buy short sales, I recommend that we put in a full price offer on this one, or even a bit over, if you really want it.
