If you are not working with an agent you need to be. Most of the information on the internet is dated and often incorrect. Most of the times not purposefully but accidentally as many sites feed off of other sites and the time delay and software cause numerous issues. I see this with my clients all the time. If you are not set up on a search through the local MLS or that is fed directly from the MLS the chances of you receiving correct and valuable information are pretty slim. I hope this helps...

The price is right. The city is wrong. This home is located in Maricopa, AZ. I called the agent and spoke to him about it. It sounds like he doesn't use Trulia to advertise his listing, but the information is being pulled incorrectly from another website.
Someone else asked the same question about this property. It does not exist in this zip code at this price. It is definitely a mistake or a come on to get people to call them. Don't really know.
