Hi Ed, I have cash stratigies that can compel the Seller to take a lower offer. I am a Buyers Agent and 90% of my business are Short Sales and Foreclosures. I have been a resident in the Venice area for 33 years and know it and the neighborhoods well. If you need some help from a no presure professional I would be happy to help.
Thank You,

This property isn't for sale. Trulia is not the MLS nor are they licensed real estate brokers.

Bank owned foreclosures are either listed for sale by a local agent, or they go to auction.

You can search real time foreclosure listings for North Port on my website,

For a bank owned foreclosure, you will need proof of funds for a cash purchase to accompany any offer you make through a real estate agent. Foreclosures are competitive and many have multiple offers. You will need an agent to help you negotiate all the paperwork and help you form a winning bid.
