How would I find out more on a property that has been abandoned but does not show a mortgage company.?

Hello Randy,
I used to live and was a Realtor in Surprise AZ . The Bank that is on the Trustee sales notice is ING Bank. The notice of trust sale doc is 3899575 recorded 10/30/2008
The Trustee is
is Cal-Western Reconveynce Corp located in California the phone number is 1-800-546-1531. I hope this is helpful. Looks like a great house.

I suggest checking the tax rolls. you should be able to do this online. There might not be a mortgage,but the tax assessor's office will have ownership records.

More then likely there was a mortgage attached to this property at some point. If not there should still be a deed or a title as well as a past mortgage note filed at the Hall of Records. Any one of these documents should rell you who the owner on record is.
