Realty Trac wants you to subscribe to their service by publishing this teaser. Note no address is provided unless you pay them.

Generally, all properties that make it through the trustee sale process ultimately end up listed for sale on the open market. While these can often be very good buys, it is important not to limit yourself to any single market segment lest you miss other great opportunities.

Short sales these days are being streamlined to provide wonderful deals. In fact, I'll be joining a relative few other brokers and agents in our region to participate in the brand new Fannie Mae Short Sale Assistance Desk designed to expedite the short sale process.

Even some "normal" sales provide good opportunities depending upon seller motivation and equity position. The bottom line is, search everything that meets your needs.

The home you are referring to is not in foreclosure, it only has a notice of default, which can be filed when one payment is missed. Since the loan amount indicated is only $40,000, it is not likely it will be foreclosed on. The internet company that is marketing the default home is a fee base service, which would like you to sign up for to receive more information. I can provide Information on foreclosed homes is free.

If you are looking for a list of foreclosed homes, I have all of the homes in Morro Bay and the Central Coast listed on my web site at http://www.dnorwood.com/morro_bay_CA_foreclosures.aspx Currently there are no bank owned properties available in Morro Bay only Short sales. However, there are several bank owned properties available throughout the county to consider. Please give me a call if you would like to see any of the homes available and I will be happy to show them to you.
