How much of this lot is still tree covered, what are the building restrictions? Is camping allowed on lot?
It may be a few years before I am prepared to build, is camping allowed on the lot until I am ready to build?

FIRST ANSWER
Hi Dale,
This 1.17 acre lot is partially cleared. You may camp on the lot before building, but you may not leave a camper there. Riverside does have covenants and restrictions, including no trailers, and a residential square foot minimum of around 700 sf. This lot is not water front, but there is a large community river access area.
