$215 per month is correct. This fee also covers all the common areas such as the pool, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts, and the maintenance of the electric gates that secure this development. The Plams of Cortez has some fantastic deals right noe - including this one - this is a foreclosure so there are important things to know that make this purchase different from buying with a traditional seller. It would be important to hire a Buyer's Agent to represent you who is experienced and credentialed in the REO (Foreclosure) world of real estate. Also, this complex is REALLY close to the Gulf of Mexico. It's only about 10 years old, which is also hard to find in this area since most of our development starts at the water and works its way inland.

Let me know if you want to see this unit in person!

Thanks and take care,
