Hi, The condo fee is $318.00. The fee includes landscaping, snow removal, exterior repairs including the roof and the heat and hot water. U pay electric, telephone, and cable.
Its very close to Fox Chase Cancer, Jeanes Hospital and Tenant hospital all walking distance. It is a great location for alot of people. And it is located in the McKinley elementary school area for Abington School district. The condo fee is $1,248.00 a month. It covers the following Assn Inc: ComAreaMaint, ExtBldgMaint, TrashRemoval, ElecFee, HeatFee, WaterFee, SewerFee, HotWtrFee, ParkFee, InsuranceFee, SwimFee, ManagemtFee, Security .
The monthly fee covers all but phone and cable.
