Roddie; the time wasted is that of the realtor when a buyer wants to offer too low. The seller in most cases will come back with full price. If you are qualified to purchase this home, I would be happy to submit a sensible offer for you. Let's look at the comps.

Roddie,

Good evening. While neither of the prior answers really does so, its amazing what one can find with a click or two...

How motivated; the property originally listed for $289,900 has been on the market for 572 days and there has only been one price reduction of $25k some 9 months ago - nuff said

As to Your not wanting to waste Your time; if you are a qualified and ready buyer you have wasted more time since posting your question than it would have likely taken for the seller to decide on your offer - fyi - low ball offers often take even less time for a reply.

Roddie,
There's only one way to find out how motivated the seller is, lets put your offer in! It will take less than a hour to show you and write it up. Let me know if I can help.
Happy house hunting..

Roddie, no listing agent worth their salt would answer this question about one of their listings. While there are some clueless people trying to sell a house, most people are selling for a very good reason. You will not know if you are wasting your time until you submit an offer in most cases. If you like the home, your Realtor will be the one doing most of the work. All you have to do is view the home and sign an offer written up by your Realtor
