4180 Peggy Terrace is not listed in the MLS for sale. It is currently owned by Bank of America. Here is the Bank of America web site to search for foreclosed homes http://foreclosures.bankofamerica.com/. It is not currently listed on their site either. The bank took it over on 8/31/12. I would be happy to set you up to receive listings of interest or you can search my web site for MLS listings at tammyhayesre.mfr.mlxchange.com.

Trulia is not a substitute for the MLS. I have a page on my website dedicated to how Trulia, Zillow, and Realty Trac operate. Basically, they scrape data from public records like county tax assessors, and post foreclosed properties as being available for sale, then sell the leads from customers to real estate agents. http://www.davidbarrhomes.com/debunking_zillow

You can search foreclosures on my website here: http://www.davidbarrhomes.com/foreclosures and you can search for all North Port listings here: http://www.davidbarrhomes.com/north_port

No sign up required.

This is very likely to be a bogus Reaty Trac listing.
If you have interest in purchasing a Foreclosed home, you will need to contact a real estate professional. They will be able to track down the proper folks to deal with.
Unfortunately, there are different procedures depending on which lender owns the property.
If you don't want to waste your time and spin you wheels and get no where, pick up the pone and call a North Port real estate professional.

Hi,

You should not go with the listing agent, because he is representing the owner. You must have your own agent to fight for you. If you know a Realtor in the area, or worked with one before, you should contact him. You may also consider one of the Realtors answering your question through Trulia.

Good luck and I am certain you will hire a terrific agent.

Kind Regards

Hi Greekhrt-

That's a good question! You should work directly with an agent who can help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!

I can help you, if you like. Are you wanting more information about the property on Peggy Ter in North Port? I did not see anything active in North Port for sale on Peggy? I can set you up with a property search, where properties that match your criteria are emailed to you as they become available on the market.
I look forward to helping you with your real estate needs.
Thank you,
