As an agent you should just dig into the background. Search the register of deeds site and the MLS site. Back track from the register of deeds to the owner and see who is handling it. Realty Trac is bad for not updating their information on foreclosures and preforeclosures.

I believe this home has already been auctioned. It says on their the auction date was 11/26/08. If you feel it is still available you may want to try the attorney who is listed on there for more information.
