You don't because this is from Realty Trak. All they are is an information company that shows that there may have been a filing on this property.

It is the problem with data in the real estate industry.

There are no secret lists of foreclosures.

Banks go and foreclose for numerous legal reasons and then hand the properties over to a professional real estate agent to sell.

The best way for you to find these properties is work with a REALTOR(R) who will do the homework for you at no charge!

They also can train you as to how to work with foreclosures. It's not that easy!
