Just ask us....if we're going to help your write an offer on the property, we'll help you figure out who the owner is.

As others have said sometimes a start is with the tax records, but they're not always updated.

Do you have the address? Is there a for sale sign out?

I almost said "knock" too John.. But then I thought "property" might not have a door to knock on.. lol.. Hope all is well with you!

Good evening
Start with the county tax records and if that does not work you may have to go knock on the door. Good luck!

http://www.tad.org is one way if it's in Tarrant County and it's not currently listed for sale.

Another way is to align yourself with a Buyer's Agent like myself to help you out.. The way to go sort of depends on exactly what kind of property you're talking about and it's location.

Feel free to call me so that we can discuss the details.
