Appraisal district website search will give owner and address

You can email your agent. Mortgage holder has what we called a first lien in the tax record. All that record is public information.

If you have a realtor that you are working with you - they should able to provide you that information as well.

Quite often you can't;
either this is considered PERSONAL information,
or,
it is out of date, because a lot of Re-Fi's don't get reported.
Also, loans can be sold multiple times without recording.

The fact of the matter is,
It doesn't matter didly-squat if you know who the Lender is; they won't talk to you;
If you aren't on the Loan, they won't give you the time-of-day.
