Unfortunately, some people don't understand how important good real estate photography ca be in marketing a home.

Actually, I would say that the picture isn't the best outdoor picture of that house. It's grainy and fuzzy.... especially the first picture of a listing, the one that is most widely seen, should be the best possible digital photo possible. If the listing agent can't afford a professional photographer, then she/he needs to hone their own photography skills to maximize exposure to the new listing.
