Hi Derek, my office has this listed and it is currently under contract to purchase. Why do you state that it is not bank owned? Wells Fargo is the current owner. The previous owner, Mark S. Mercier, is listed on the foreclosure deed recorded at the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds on Book 8336, Page 0471. You can verify this at nhdeeds.com.
