The best way to tour a home is to contact a realtor. They have a "key" to let you in. I am a licensed realtor and will be happy to show you homes. By the way, since this home is a foreclosure, and has caught your interest, I would like to advise you that not all foreclosures are great deals, although some of them are. You really need to look at all homes on a case by case basis. Any realtor has the ability to advise you, and I would welcome the opportunity. Feel free to call me at (512)560-9318.
There's nothing to tour here. The home, at 1112 Hatteras was foreclosed on and is not currently listed for sale. BofA took the home in foreclosure last April. They then listed it for sale @$114,900, but were unable to sell it, and withdrew the listing. It still shows BofA as the owner as of today. It could be a property caught up in a lawsuit about their ability to foreclose on the home, because it's rare for the bank to own it this long, without leaving it on the market to sell.
If you need more info about this home, or any other distressed properties, call or email me.

The simple answer is to call your agent and they can set an appointment.
However, if you have not met with a Realtor, I would value the opportunity to meet with you and help you with your home purchase. If you would like to see this sepcific home, give me a call or email and we will set up a time that works for you.
Thanks so much and happy house hunting.
