This property was sold to Hsbc Bank Services on 11/23/11. The deed was recorded on 2/15/12. The transfer price was $180,100. As of now, it has not been listed in the MLS.

Laura is correct, sometimes foreclosed properties can take a while to "come on the market" If you need an agent to assist you please give me a call @ 443-417-6493.

Hi Al,

This property may be in the foreclosure process but the tax record shows that it is still owned by an individual not a bank. It can take months to years to complete the process and have the property show up for sale. It was just withdrawn from teh sale market in February 2012 and there was nothing on that listing to show that it was a distressed home. Many banks offer their properties at the courthouse steps auctions before they put them into the REO system and offer them for sale so watch the auction sites to see if it pops up.

The forum you are posting on here is a general call for questions to agents. You might want to remove your phone number as you could be bombarded with calls from Realtors anxious for your business!
