Hi can i rent for this apartment when i have no credit history?

i just moved in US 8 months ago...subsequently i have no credit history to show, neither i can buy it, but i can afford to rent it monthly..kindly tell me a way out for this?
please.....i just loooved the apartment..

This apartment is listed for sale, it is most unlikely that the owner will want to rent it, but more importantly it is a co-op so will need co-op board approval... not likely if you have no U.S references or credit.
Find a local Broker in the area that you want to live and they will help you find an appropriate apartment to rent.

Much will depend on the landlord, each is different; however you can consider being upfront regarding your credit; be prepared to show proof of employment/pay stubs; possibly pre-pay some of the rent; possibly offer extra security; have some reference letters handy; consider a guarantor, etc.
