Hi Kylie,
You already receive great answers to your question. Home prices in the Los Angeles area are not that low. You can search for homes for sale on my website at http://www.tovasarir.com where you will get real time listings. Feel free to contact me if you need any further assistance with your home search in the Los Angeles area.

Hi Kylie,

Realty Trac is not a real estate broker. They report foreclosure activity from public records. That amount reported is most likely the amount of the default owed by the owner. If the owner does not cure the default it will end up going to foreclosure sale. If you are interested in buying real estate in the Los Angeles area, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to help you.

Kylie I will help you in your consideration...this property is not for sale at $33,000. This is a ploy by Realty Trac to entice you to subscribe to their site. There is no property in Los Angeles County that will be selling for that price with those specifications. If it looks to good to be true, it is!

Hi Kylie, Not sure about the above link it looks like it is for a Auction type site. The numbers, location and description do not add up for me. So I would be very cautious buying something that looks too good to be true... even in this market. This is still Los Angeles and the competition is fierce for good properties and loss leaders to drive auctions are not uncommon.

Best of luck,
