Hi Madeline, I am the listing agent for this property. Are you one of the many buyers who saw it when it was available? If you are not working with another Realtor, I can let you know if it becomes available again. Let me know.

Hi Madeline,
It is in "contingency" status right now, which means they have accepted a contract on it. However, many times these contingencies fall out and the property goes back on the market for sale. I would be happy to keep an eye on it for you and let you know if it does come back on the market. I can also send you other homes that are similar or in the same neighborhood and are for sale. Just let me know. You can also go on my website at http://www.homesbydahan.com and sign up to be a VIP and search on your own off our MLS realtor system.
I'll look forward to hearing from you and helping you find a great home!

It's in Contingency. If you'll email me that you want to be automatically notified if it falls out I'll take care of that for you and if you'll give me your detailed criteria, I'll send you homes that match your needs. We manage over 350 properties and have access to many homes before they go on the market. Email - LasVegasMatt@gmail.com Matt and Kim D'Ercole

Properties that are contingent become available again quite frequently. There are several reasons that this happens but if you really like the property you and your agent should keep an eye on it and be prepared to make an offer if it becomes available again. Do you currently have a buyer's agent that you are working with? Please let menknow if we can help you.

Hi Madeline. The addresses for the 4 homes on that street that have contingent deals are 10353 ($139,900), 10371 ($160,000), 10335 (175,000) and 10377 ($199,900). Contingent means one or more conditions need to be met before these contingencies are removed. Examples include things like the house appraising for the loan; inspections being performed to the buyers satisfaction. If all contingencies aren't met (or removed), then the house could come back onto the market. Once all contingencies have been removed, the house will move to Pending status and they usually to close (Sold).

I would be happy to walk you through all this and to see if there is anything else that might fit what you are looking for.

Best regards

Contingent means that there is an offer that was presented and accepted but is contingent on one or more related events happening. Once those events have been satisfied the sale will be pending, meaning the sale is in escrow and just waiting for all documents to arrive and be executed. Sometimes sellers' will still accept offers but they would be secondary to the existing offer and would become effective if the first offer should not come to fruition. I can see if this would be an option on this particular home if you would like or I could find a similar home for you. If you have any additional questions or need any assistance please feel free to contact me directly at any time.

Yes I meant the address number 10713. If it means contingent, does that mean it is not for sale anymore?

Hi Madeline,

I don't see any records of the property being listed for sale in the Greater Las Vegas MLS system. If you are interested in that floorplan or that style of home? Contact me, and I can see what else is available for sale with that same floorplan and area.

did you mean 10371? Nothing comes up with the 10317 address. All homes on that street are contingent. 10371 went Contingent on Aug 23 with an estimated close on Nov 23. Conventional loan.

If you want to contact me, I would be happy to find something similar for you.
