many times the info you see on Trulia for foreclosures is provided by Realty Trac and the amount you see the default amount (the amount the borrower is behind on their loan ) not a sales price.

It appears the property has gone back to the bank (was foreclosed on ) It can be a few weeks or a several months before it comes on the market if the bank does not wholesale it. Be sure you check the well out there if you do pursue it, some properties in that area have had well issues.
