The property is still showing "active w/Offer" which means there are probably contingencies that have not been met at this time. You can certainly put in a secondary offer in the event something happens with the primary offer. If you are far enough along in the process....been pre-approved, had a buyer consultation, and established a timeline...then I have another home that is out in the same area (although Elk Mound Schools), same price on 2.0 acres and was built in 2009. Please contact me if you have interest and/or if you aren't already working with a Buyer's Agent. Best of Luck.

It appears that the property has an accepted offer and is currently pending. Which means, it has an offer but has not technically sold yet. Unless something in the contract, or financing became an issue; you can consider this property sold.
However, it may still be worth it to call your agent and have him/her reach out to the listing agent to express interest in the property. That way, should the current offer not go to closing, you could potentially bring an offer of your own.
