This home has been sold. Closed escrow yesterday today or today, I believe. I think the rent for a property like this would yield about $4500 - $5,000 per month.

There are some homeowners in this area with properties like this one that just sold who are in a stage of pre-foreclosure, but the home is just not on the market yet. I have extensive experience with this & negotiating with the banks for the best possible price while also eliminating other buyer competition.

You could probably get $3,500 -$4,500/month for this size unit. However, this property has sold, it closed just yesterday for $1,470,000 (asking price was $1,499,000). What exactly are you looking for? Let me know you're cities of interest, minimum # of bedrooms, price range, etc and I'll send you what's currently available. You should be able to get between $3600 to $3800 per month. The lease market is now tight. I see properties around 1500 sq ft getting at least $3200 per month.
