Msandy1, Home Buyer in Fort Myers Beach, FL

Hi, I saw this and I'd like to know what the rental history is such as weekly and monthly rental rates along with yearly history. What are the taxes?

Does this have beach access? Any idea how much insurance would be per year? Please contact me by e-mail @msandy1@nycap.rr.com.

Too bad, but that property at 5525 Estero Blvd already has an accepted offer in on it awaiting approval by the bank. Here is a resource to view other homes for sale on Fort Myers Beach: http://www.greaterftmyers.com/fort-myers-beach-homes.php

Good luck with your search!

According to the MLS the monthly gross rental fee is $1000 for unit 1, $1050 for unit 2 and $650 for unity 3. Current taxes are approx $4500 depending on which month they are paid. If the units were rented weekly, you could probably get $800 - $1000 per week in season for the 2 bedroom units and $600 - 800 week for the 1 bedroom.
