Actually, it appears as though the home is not actually on the market. From what I can tell on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) the home was on the market in 2008 but the listing expired.

You may want to go to home search sites that are a little more accurate with the listings that they advertise. One such site would be http://www.johnlscott.com/aaronc . We have up to date listings from all brokerages on the MLS and have some pretty sweet buyer tools. That house is not longer active in the MLS. From what I can tell it looks like the listing had been canceled in October of 2008.
