Robin and Steve i see it listed under Prudential, you may want to call them at 800-445-9045 . Your best bet is to get a local and trusted agent to act as your buyer broker. Especially with foreclosed properties you will want someone to guide you through the buying process. In most cases you can hire a buyer broker at no additional cost to you, they get paid by the listing agent at closing the fee stated in MLS. This way you have someone looking out for you. Good luck with your search.
The property appraiser's website shows the last sale date as being in August 08 when the lender foreclosed. If it has been sold since that time, it is not reflected on their site. If you are interested in more information on this property please contact me and I can speak with the listing agent to determine the status. It is possible that it has been sold but the website has not been updated to reflect the sale.
