Of course choosing a local real estate pro can help you save a lot of time.
(Not me, I'm on the Cape, but I can help you choose a local pro when you are ready.)

the good news is that this on is still active in the market and you have more time to go and see. I would not qualify nor disqualify a potential property just best on pictures. Use them as a guide and if there is something that peaks your interest make an appointment to goo see it in person to find out if it is a good fit. Also, get a buyers' agent to help you (it's free to you) so that you can get more updated information on what's available on the market and to help you through the purchasing transaction process when you make an offer. Just talk to a few agents to see who you click with, you can find some here that are savvy and willing to help or you can ask friends for referrals. Good luck. Wen - email@example.com
I am betting that the office/3rd bedroom is the very small room that you can see in the picture where the dining table is - a blue room with a computer desk set up. I believe it is the 3rd picture in the set of photos. It could be possible, if you did not need a dining room to use that room as a bedroom. I have not been through the property so I am only guessing on this. If you would like to make an appointment to see the property in person so you can really look at the sizes of the room to see if they would work for you, let me know. I would be more than happy to get something set up.
