I spoke with the list broker and it is still available. It is shown by appointment only. It has currently been on the market for 38 days at the $389,900 price. I checked the history, and it was also on the market last year from 4/08 - 8/08 at the asking price of $495,000. If this is a price range that you are comfortable with, then the best way to determine how firm they are on their asking price is to view it, and then if it is the home for you, write an offer. Also, there are a few more pictures on the MLS listing than there are here on Trulia. Have you had a chance to also view those photos?
