Have you found more info on the home that you may have been interested in that was off market?

While it could mean it's sold, it usually means it's time for listing with an agency has expired or it's been withdrawn from the market.

"Off the Market" generally means the property is not available for sale at this time. This situation could be temporary or permanent. I would suggest that if this term is being used in regards to a property that you have interest in, you contact the listing agent for more information. If you have a buyer's agent that is representing you, have your agent make contact on your behalf. A home could be pulled from the market for a variety of reasons such as health, finances, issues related to the property or title, etc. If the home becomes available again in the future, and you've expressed interest, there is a good chance that the listing agent would contact you or your agent.

Off Market generally means that for one reason or another, the seller decided not to sell the home.
