A list might be one step but you might want to talk with a lender who does land loans, then you need to have the zoning around the land looked at. Oh, yeah and the mineral rights issues. Are you a Vet? There is Texas Vet money a bit of a hoop to jump but a good program if you are.

How familiar are you with the North Richland Hils area? Would you consider nearby cities such as Southlake, Grapevine or Keller? If you left a long time ago, you would be surprised at the growth the area has experienced.
