Hi K,

I am a Realtor with the Broker for this property, so I thought I would give you the scoop on this home. It was listed yesterday for $789,000. The home was built in 2006, replacing the previous home on the lot, which had burned down a few years ago. The only original aspect of the home is the pool, everything else was rebuilt.

The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 1 half bath. It has over 4700 square feet of living space, which does not include the unfinished, walk-out basement. The kitchen is huge, with Viking appliances and granite counters. Throughout the home you will find hardwood floors, ceramic tile, and berber carpet; as well as large windows and skylights that fill the house with natural light! Although the house is only two years old, the foliage is mature and the property will soon be blooming with tons of beautiful perennials.

If you would like to learn more about the property or to schedule a showing, please do not hesitate to call me at 215-692-3518.
