The property was neither withdrawn or sold as yet. This property was foreclosed on, became bank owned or what's known as an REO (real estate owned) and then was offered for sale at a reduced price for a quick sale. It's current status is under contract with a contingency, to allow for an inspection and appraisal, with an estimated closing date of 24 May 12. Unless the current offer to purchase falls through, you will no longer be able to find it on the internet as you did before. You can only view activle listings that are available.

Having said that, there is a time period for removing contingencies, and for inspections it is normally within 10 days. I have spoken with the listing agent and they will consider back up offers for this property. So for more information on that I will be happy to discuss it with you at your convenience

It looks to have gone to contract on May 2, with a projected closing date of May 24.
Sometimes sellers will continue to take backup offers should initial offer fall through for whatever reason.
