Are you looking to buy a home in Lancaster? That one may be coming up soon but why wait? Here are some currently available in Lancaster under 100k. Are there any other cities your considering? I can add you to email you new listings weekly to fit your criteria?

Do you have financing? I specialize in Under 640 Fico Score Loans. I offer FHA Access half percent down payment program with a minimum 580 fico score to qualify? 500-579 fico requires 10% down.

These listings are from $55k up to 100k which a payment at 55k is only $402PITI with $300 down up to $500 down and $732PITI owner occupied.

Here are some brochures and a needs list if you want to apply to qualify in minutes. Why rent when you can buy with a minimum 580 fico score and only half percent down payment?

Hello ag92briseno,

This property is in Foreclosure ~ the Notice of Default was recorded in Sep 2012. In about 90 days if the borrower has not cured the default (brought it current), the house could be foreclosed upon.

I hope that this helps - let me know if I can be of further assistance.
