Hi, The property at 17 Campbellton Ln is not for Rent at all. It used to be listed For Sale at $115,000 and was a short sale, but it was withdrawn back in August of 2012. I have no idea how you came to be asking about it on Trulia, but it isn't in the MLS as a rental. I am sorry this wasn;t the answer you were looking for. I know it's Christmas Eve, and not only are all the rental offices closed this evening but they are closed tomorrow as well. If I can help you though with your search, I'd be happy to. Just call me so I can figure out exactly what your needs are, and I can send you some rental listings that are available. Please call my cell 850-485-3187 or text me, or email me lemcbee@hotmail and I'll do whatever I can to help you. Hope you have a Merry Christmas.
