In Lake Elmo, there is a transition going on from wells to city water. Be advised to call the City of Lake Elmo to understand when the conversion is to take place on a property you are looking at.

Hi, Patty!
Is the well a problem for you? You can, as part of the purchase, have a water quality test done to make sure it's not substandard. And, if you're hesitant because you don't know how to maintain a well, there are many ways to educate yourself about that. Seems like there's ALWAYS something home owners need to learn about when purchasing a new place.

Take care, Patty and good luck~

This home, like many in the Lake Elmo area, has a private well and septic system. This home has an accepted offer and is pending. There are similar homes still available if you are interested.

Ditto on that. This property is also pending 725k with DOM 153 and original list price of 750k. It is projected to close April 1st. Pretty typical that Trulia and other websites have inaccurate information, so if you want all the current active listings directly from the realtor portion of our MLS just contact me directly.

Thanks!
