Good Morning,

Finished square feet is usually total finished square feet in the home, which normally will includes finished areas on all levels including the basement.

This home is probably a multi level home. The MLS listing information available to your licensed representative makes it possible to estimate the usable square footage, taking into account the finished spaces both above and below ground. The foundation footage for a multi-level home does not indicate how the spaces in the home would be used by you or others. Please, ask your agent. He or she can explain that the room sizes, areas, foundation size, etc. are always deemed subject to the agent and the prospective owner's own measurements. This disclaimer is part of the MLS listing documentation. Liz, 612-986-4105

Normally what is shown reflects any finished square footage, main level or otherwise.
