Are you looking for a home in Barrington with approx 5800 sq ft? If you are, one just became available. This new listing has 5500 sq ft (not including the English basement) it has 5 bedrooms all on the 2nd level, 5.1 baths (plus a roughed in full bath in the basement), 1st & 2nd floor laundry rooms (washers & dryers included!) The exterior is brick & stone. There is a 4 car heated side-load garage and it sits on 1 acre. It is almost finished being built so that means there's still time for you to pick your own colors and finishes. It should be finished in 4-6 weeks. Priced at only 1,200,000. To see more information and pictures go to http://www.NorthernILproperties.com I would be glad to show it to you at your convenience. Please feel free to ask any questions I'm happy to help!

Donna,

Generally, the basement is not included in the square footage unless at least 50 percent of the lower level is above grade, and it is finished. This home has an English basement which appears to be unfinished, so the lower level should not be included in the square footage figure.

Best regards,
Louise
