It is owner occupied. There is no known presence of Chinese Defective Drywall. A home inpsector could test that for you. The home was built in 2002, which is prior to when most of the Chinese Defective Drywall was used in building homes. Our agency has this home listed for sale. I would be happy to show it to you or send you additional information on the home. You can contact me as follows:

It looks occupied so it's doubtful. The seller would have to disclose the presence of Chinese drywall in a seller disclosure to potential buyers. The listing agent, if they even suspect it, should have the seller disclose it to possible buyers.

You can read more about Chinese drywall on my website: http://www.davidbarrhomes.com/chinese_drywall
