This is one of the problems with Trulia.com, as most of the information is inaccurate. This condo sold for $191,000, and it was listed for $191,000, and it went under contract way back on April 29, 2009.

Trulia is okay for getting advice from real estate pros and consumers about home buying and selling, but if you want to obtain accurate information about properties currently for sale, please use my free online search tool by clicking the following link.

There are seven other condos for sale in this community, with two under contract. If you’d like to schedule a time to preview any of them, please feel free to call on me anytime. As a buyer's agent, I never charge my clients a fee to help them find and purchase a property!

Hi Tina:
Definitely a mistake. Probably should read $189,000. That is about the going rate for Tarleton Oaks. It is a great townhome community. I would be happy to provide additional listings for you if you would like.
Let me know how I may assist you.
