Hi Kevin, great choice. The Hoopskirt Factory Lofts is an elevator building that was converted to modern loft condos in 2005. What my colleagues don't mention below is that this is under agreement, but as it is a shortsale, we can make a backup offer and I can try to have your offer substituted for the existing one.

There ARE no further photos of this unit available in its current condition, but I can send you photos of similar units.

Parking in Old City is a mix of garage parking (can be as high as $280) and permit parking (I can explain how that works later, but I did it with no problem). I can get you a year of parking thrown in.

You will have the benefit of a tax abatement and the building IS FHA approved.

Unfortunately, there aren't any interior photos but we would be happy to show you the unit. Some units come with parking. General maintenance, interior and exterior hallways, public spaces and trash removal are all some of the things included in the condo fee.
