Did you try contacting the agent that listed it? When you tour homes, always bring a flashlight to check for water lines or stains in the basement. Also you can do a quick address flood-zone check at http://www.FreeFlood.net

North Jersey but I use the GSMLS, you are in Bergen County so you probably use the NJMLS..... so it was just the GSMLS that took away the "Flood Y or N" field? I thought it was all of them.... bummer!

Curious...are you in South Jersey? Our MLS does post the flood zones.

Glad to help Chris! I miss the old days when the MLS let us know if the property was zoned for flood or not, but I guess they don't want to risk the liability for errors anymore.
