5108 Santa Fe is still listed as pending/under contract. The proposed closing date is 11/1/08.

Properties can close prior to the proposed closing date, but will still take a few days to update in the mls service.

I have shown properties in Victoria Heights and done some pretty serious diligence on the complex as a whole. If you are not working with an agent, I would be curious to talk with you a little more about the complex and what is going on there.

Don't take this the wrong way, I am not necessarily looking to solicit your business if you are not working with an agent, but I do think there are some things you should know about it before buying there.
