HI-The answer is no. Because it was origionally an AG lot, and then they condominimized into three (not sure how they did that) anyway, they have already maxed out the property-meaning that the main home and farm dwelling has already been built-I dont think you could build a barn either (depending on the water situation) the county is requiring Water for fire saftey (arg!)

A condominiumized lot....hmm. First step, check is there are any issues related to obtaining a water meter as those are difficult to obtain. Check what the condo docs would allow as far as building goes. How buildable is the lot. What is the status of other utilities? Questions to answer upon further inspection.
