BobbyAndSally, Home Buyer in Spring Branch, TX

Can you explain what is meant by 'This listing is for lots 11 & 13' and the customer can choose. Is each lot 11 acres for the same price?

Well, the other agents have already answered your question, so I just wanted to ask you to please choose one of them (or me) to represent you in your search for acreage. We can answer all the questions you may have and can guide you through the buying process. **Remember that the listing agent is looking out for the seller's best interest-not yours. Your buyer's agent will be responsible for your best interests.

Good luck to you!

No they are saying you can buy Lot 11 & 13 for the listed price of $274,900 or you can buy just one lot (either 11 or 13) for a lesser price. Lot 11 is 5.26 acres and Lot 13 is 5.63 acres.

Jason it right - they will sell both lots for $275 or will sell any one of the 5.6 acre lots for $137,500. Call me for additional details on these properties.

MLS shows the listing as the 2 lots together for $274,500. If you wish to have just one, you can buy it for probably a lower price.

Call, email or text me if I can help,
