Hi Uthra,

If you are seriously in search for a home call (408-316-0793) or email (rpablaza@comcast.net). I will set up a listing alert based on your search criteria so that you will be the first to be informed when a home that fits your search criteria comes in the market. I will make myself available to show you the homes you shortlist at your convenience and speed. I will help you put in an offer and negotiate it so you can win the offer. I will make sure all the i's are dotted and the t's crossed. I will make sure your offer gets to the closing table. And, all this for free.

Call pr email now!

Sorry Uthra, this is simply a notice of default indicating that a homeowner is in pre-foreclosure. There's no indication that it will become available for sale now or in the future. The homeowner has many options between now and the foreclosure stage. If it does foreclose it will be some time in the medium to long term future. More likely the owner will bring the mortgage current or sell the home through the normal channels in which case it will be listed on the MLS at fair market value.

Hope this helps.

Uthra,

It doesn't appear that this listing is actually on the market. Just a notice of default has been filed. Not probable that you would be able to schedule a visit until the home is either listed or becomes a foreclosure. I checked our MLS for any active and pending listings on this street and came up with only 1 -295 Calle Marguerite with mls #81226486. It is listed at $999k and has been on the market for 15 days. Hope this helps.

Uthra when you see homes without a house # on Trulia the home is probably in pre foreclosure stages.

Trulia has a service that puts up homes in the pre foreclosure stage. At this time these homes are not up for sale but may come up as a short sale or REO property later. The price shown now is not accurate either.

If you are interested in south bay homes check out my blog http://BayAreaConnect with weekly market reports and google maps of new and sold listings.

If you have any other questions or would like to discuss your situation and what's available please give me a call, (408) 840-3852 or Thomas.Feng@gmail.com

Just because it is listed as a foreclosure, doesn't mean that the property is available for sale or to show.

Such is the case of this property.

When I may help you, drop me a note on what you are looking for and we can discuss it further.

Have an amazing day!
