Hi Susan,

My colleague is the Listing Broker on this property and I'm very familiar with both the unit and the Building. It has the most incredible views and overall great decor. Maxwell Place is a great development with values increasing month on month.

To discuss this property or any others on the Hoboken Waterfront, feel free to call me, I would love to help.

Hi Susan,

This is not my listing as I am a buyer's agent. It is best that you obtain a buyer's agent (doesn't have to be me, there are plenty of them) as we co-broke here - listing agents rarely sell their own listings, it's almost always another agent from another firm that is representing the buyer.

I have included the floor plan at the link below. Maxwell Place is a phenomenal development that incurred little damage from Sandy. It's been on the market for 42 days. The taxes are $24,362 annually and the monthly fee is $1132. It comes with a parking space. The neighborhood is great as well - I bike there every day. Interesting you're from SF - my partner and I moved from SF in '04 - I still miss that most beautiful city by the bay.

Hi Susan! I can email you a floor plan of the unit and provide answers to any questions you may have. I happen to know the owners personally and I know the unit and building very well.

The power did go out during Hurricane Sandy but fortunately there was no water damage to the building or the unit and power was restored quickly. Although the building is waterfront, most of the water damage occurred on the west side of Hoboken where the streets are lower in elevation.
